Refunds are not available in Beatriz da Silva, except store credit note which has to be used within 12 months. All sales items sold are not refundable or exchangeable.

You have 14 days to return full-priced products from the day you receive your order for exchange. All products should be returned new, unused, and with all the garment tags & labels still attached, and please be careful of makeup rubbing off on the garment.

Returns for exchange that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer at the customer’s expense.

In case you wish to return any items for exchange, please contact us in advance by e-mail ( enquiry@beatrizdasilva.com ) for a general notification.

Once we receive your e-mail, we will review your request and case accordingly to agree on its return for exchange within 14 days from the day you received the purchase.
