Refunds are not available in Beatriz da Silva, except store credit note which has to be used within 12 months.

You have 14 days to return full priced products beginning from the day you receive your order for exchange. All products should be returned new, unused and with all the garment tags & labels still attached and please be careful of makeup rubbing off on the garment.
Return for exchange that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer at the customer’s expense .
In case you wish to return any items for exchange, please contact us in advance by e-mail ( enquiry@beatrizdasilva.com ) for a general notification.
Once we received your e-mail, we will review your request and case accordingly to come to an agreement of its return for exchange within 14 days from the day you received the purchase.
